After arriving from a sleepless red eye flight at 11:30am, was told a room was not available til 15:00!!!

I will stay here again, great friendly staff and although there was a problem with the reservation at check in, somehow they had me in a single bed and a lower floor when the reservation was for 2 beds and a high floor, things were resolved but not to my full satisfaction and this after having made two separate phone calls regarding my reservation.
