    No concierge (front desk made you feel like imposition if you asked them anything) Pictures on internet made it look like it was beach front (you walked a 1/2 of a block and crossed […] a major intersection before you reached the beach) Extremely over priced for experience.

    The hotel concierge/receptionists are not very friendly, which is a surprise because everyone else that we have encountered in Brazil has been very willing to help.
