No concierge (front desk made you feel like imposition if you asked them anything) Pictures on internet made it look like it was beach front (you walked a 1/2 of a block and crossed […] a major intersection before you reached the beach) Extremely over priced for experience.

The hotel concierge/receptionists are not very friendly, which is a surprise because everyone else that we have encountered in Brazil has been very willing to help.

There was one receptionist who works early mornings and late nights who is friendly, but none of the others barely crack a smile.
