Reservations may not begin after the 23rd December 2011. 2. Reservations may not end before 8th January 2012. 3. Between 23rd December and 2nd January we will have limited office hours. 4. A minimum reservation of 28 nights is required. 5 The balance of the owing for your reservation must be paid on the 1st of December. If your reservation is made after the 1st full payment will be taken the following day after you've made the booking. We will deduct the balance from the credit card used to make the initial deposit, unless instructed by you. If the credit card is not able to be charged on the 1st of December or the day after your booking is made your reservation will be cancelled and no refunds will be available. 6.
